KEEP IN MIND! The intent in exercising with Rejuv is to achieve good results in massage therapy, not to substitute any weight loss or diet program. For greater results, consider a combination of Rejuv exercising and strengthening workout. Take into account that burning fat cells depends on the activity you perform, duration of sessions, the intensity and frequency you exercise at, and your current weight. You should exercise with Rejuv, as we indicate in the Instructional Video, three or four times a week for at least 20 minutes a day, for minimum 14 weeks. But, you can always perform more. Exercise five to seven days a week for 20 to 35 minutes a day. If your muscles are tight or tired, rest for 24 hours before exercising, again. Eat a balanced diet, and lose weight, if you need to.
